One of these that was great was a 12 year old expression from the Bruichladdich distillery. As some of you might now of our favourite places to go and whiskies we just love. This independent bottling of The Maltman is not an exception. Lovely whisky.
Distilled in October 2001, matured in Bourbon Cask #378, and bottled in September 2014, un-chillfiltered and natural colour at 49,9%
Lovely expression, really a very nice different collection they have got in the Maltman range. Hope to make some notes on it when I spot them again. Was too difficult at this festival sadly to do that.
