Distilled in December 1989, matured in cask no. 12564, a Refill Sherry cask, and bottled in July 2014 for in total 205 bottles.
Un-chillfiltered and natural colour, bottled at 45%. Just lovely.
Did not make notes on it at the time, but hope to have the chance to do so really because it is a lovely bottling.
