Nose
Prickly pepper hot note, light malty and a bit earthy?
Green apples, citrus and some garden mint. Some fresh grassy notes in the back between the rich custard below.

Palate
Fresh citrus lemon and orange notes with peat and some vanilla, chocolate and honey. Creamy, some spices, mint, and lots of citrus. Green apples and toffee.

Finish
Medium length, sweet, chili pepper, honey, pink grapefruit

Score
7 out of 10 at least, lovely dram. Needed some warmth and time to open up a bit.
