NoseSweet citrus peaty notes with sweet vanilla creaminess. Some toffee coming through the thick layer. Spices mixing with some sweet fruit notes. Honey and some woody herbal notes...
Palate
Spice, black pepper, vanilla, cream, citrus, pomolo, pink grapefruit, some honey suckle and fudge. The peat gives me a feeling of some good roast with honey and dried fruits with it. Would be a good pairing with something like that and backed potatoes... Yummy getting hungry here.
Finish
Not too long sadly. Sweet, honey, vanilla and a little bit of dryness to it, with some cocoa powder in the very back of it.
Score
7 out of 10. Very nice for sure, balanced, sweet and fruity. Very enjoyable. But missing some length on the finish, it just fades a bit too quickly?
