Nose
Sweet, raisin, vanilla, sugar cane, custard, thick, creamy, tutti frutti, dried fruits and berries. White pepper, red chili pepper, orange, nutmeg, ginger, clover honey, stinging nettle and chocolate

Palate
Liqeurish, pepper, sweet, honey, rum soaked raisins, vanilla, chocolate, red and black berry, strawberry, cassis, mango, pineapple, orange, banana, creamy, nutmeg, rich fruitcake, fudge, custard. A warm and custard sweet palate...

Finish
Sweet medium length finish, notes of dark liqeurish, cocoa, vanilla, custard, and a creamy mouthfeel linger on.

    1. You also have a sample set Jan? Also found the Jenever set and some little bottles of them, so still something to explore :-) But liking very much so far what I have tasted from Zuidam :-)

    2. I Do Ansgar, will review another one in the coming weeks. I only tasted the 5 and 5 Peated so far but they are an indication of what this distillery can do. Good stuff! Cheers and Have a Great weekend.
