Nose
Sweet, chocolate, fudge, stone fruits, like a rich desert buffet. Vanilla and raisin sweetness, but also a bit of coastal salty feel in the back. The sweet notes are strong, but beneath that all you can find some more salty and and a mixture of blossom and green herbs.
Palate
Vanilla, raisin, pepper, warm, sweet, bit wood, dark chocolate, coffee bitter, liqeurish, hint of salt and some fudge. Fruity sweet flavours filled with different kinds of juicy fruits and honey. Peach, red apple, some citrus notes, orange, but also some pear, red summer fruit...
Finish
Medium length finish, fruity, vanilla and honey and some milk chocolate.
Score
7,5 out of 10. A full and sweet expression, very nice.
