Nose
Sweet, meaty, bbq flavours, wood, honey, thick, prunes, thyme, rosemary, rich thick berry sauce that goes with meat/ham, berry's, blackcurrent. Smoke and berry tones, juniper berry

Palate
Sweet, thick, pepper, smoke, roasted warm nuts, honey, good sweet marinade for spare ribs, some fresh herbs on the bbq, and some berry combination again. Tones from the nose come through on palate. Also some prunes and figs.

Finish
Honeyed, middle length finish, going for a fresh smokiness. It is almost a bit minty in the end.
