Spicy, pepper, creamy, smoke, dark heather honey, thyme, rosemary, vig, peach, apricots, chili pepper, chocolate, liquorish

Finish
Sweet, herbs, spice, honey, medium long finish

8 out of 10, a very nice dram. Tasted in a masterclass with Jan Beek, one I would love to have a bit more time with, to get the deeper tones. Have to buy my self a bottle I think :-)
