The Macallan - Gold - Tasting Notes

The Macallan Gold expression has a soft nose, but does not show lots of different layers and notes, it all is merged together a bit.  

The palate has a bit more bitter citrus note, but fruity fresh and floral. Red apple, banana, creamy, chocolate. Some creamy vanilla, raisin, chocolate, fudge, spices, cinnamon, white pepper, pineapple and mango creamy soft in it.

The finish is of medium length and this one gets an score of 7,5/10 for me. Tasted this in a sample, and love to have another try at it to see what more it can give me. Liked it already, but the nose let me down by not opening up to me. The palate came through and scored points.
