Dalmore - Valour - Tasting Notes

This Dalmore expression called Valour has a sweet nose with vanilla, cassis, red summer fruit and creamy white chocolate. Some freshness of pomolo and green apples. Sweet fudge, honey and a subtle hint of wood and spices.

On the palate there is a citrus bitter mixed in with the notes from the nose. But a bit a caramel feeling? On the medium length finish there is some wood and vanilla notes. Scoring this one an 6/10. The bitter and caramel feeling put me off a bit. Have to see that I can have another try of this one to have a closer look
