On a festival recently I had a taste of this lovely 16 year old whisky from the Knockdhu distillery. Lovely expression that is on the nose first light, and full of citrus, mint and fruit.
But when tasting it next to that you can find some anice, more fresh fruit, creamy, milk chocolate, vanilla, raisins and red apple.
Lovely dram. Hope to get a better taste someday.
