Nose
I have gone to Sherry heaven was my first thought. The warm gold copper colored dram is filled with blackcurrent jam and forrest fruit notes.

Rich nose with notes that just kept coming. Honey, elderberry, sweet, rich, fruity and spice. Cream, fudge, brownies, chocolate, vanilla, dark toast. Figs, dates and light tobacco leaf and leather notes.

A very sweet, soft, fruity and rich nose. Like rich Christmas cake, rum raisins, a hint of salt and some nice marinated and roasted ham. Thyme and some aceto balsamico come to mind in combination with the light meaty note.

Palate
It is a very balanced dram, and I can find the notes from the nose come through very well on the palate. Wonderful and rich dram.

Finish
Sweet and long finish. A bit coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and creamy note to be found in here.

Score
A good 8,5 out of 10, love my self a bottle of this one but think thats gonna be a hard one to find.
