From Douglas Laing comes this Old Particular bottling distilled at the Glen Elgin Distillery, and matured for 21 years in a 2nd fill Sherry Butt. Distilled in June 1992, and bottled in December 2013 at 51.5%

Nose
Orange, sweet, spice, creamy, lemon, marmalade, vanilla, spice, raisin, mint, macadamia nuts, fresh, fruity, lemon cheese cake, pepper, banana, kiwi, apricots, red berries, gooseberry, white grapes

Palate
Pepper, sweet, orange, lemon, fresh, mint, vanilla, raisin, apricots, peaches, mango, chocolate, creamy, lemon curd, meringue, rich fruitcake, honey, toffee, dried fruits

Finish
Sweet, middle length finish, with soft honey, bit nutty, combined with vanilla and fresh fruits lingering on....
