Glendronach - 15 YO - Tasting Notes

Nose
Bit nutty and sweet raisins on the nose. Some sweet notes like a fruitcake. This one needs to be warmed up a bit and needs some time, but the sherry notes are definitely there

Palate
The palate gives me chocolate, orange, sweet, fruitcake, coffee and dried fruits. There is also a bit of a acidic note in there from some citrus notes.

Finish
There is a very strong cocoa mouthfeel and some baking spices. The finish is a medium length one, sweet but a bit dry to the spices and cocoa

Score
7 out of 10. Tastes this one in a blind twitter tasting and gave me really a big challenge due to it opening up difficult when the room is a bit cooler and it really can use a bit of warmth. Saved a bit for a later moment to try, and found that the warming is key with this one.
