Peat, berry, smoky, salty, earthy, mushrooms, dark red fruits compote, but also bit fresh minty.

Palate
Peat, earth, dry, heather, bit honey, but sweet raisin and dried fruits, apricots and grapes/berry's, nutmeg, green herbs (thyme/laurel)

Finish
Sweet, bit dry earthy notes stay behind with a honeyed glazing
