Tasted the Double Cask and the French Oak Cask at the Pot Still Festival Was wonderful to have a chat with Patrick Maguire about these lovely products.
The Double Cask is bottled at 40% and the French Oak Cask at 47,5%. Prices are 57,95 euro for the Double Cask and 85,95 euro for the French Oak Cask. Both I gave them a 7, but it is wonderful stuff really, but find the pricing a bit high...
Hope to find some samples somewhere to have me a better taste of them, but it was a good first encounter for sure. Very friendly and nice people, and I love to able in the future to pay them a visit...
