Mortlach - Festival Notes

Ever combined a good ham with whisky? We did at the Damster Spirit Festival, and oh what a treat!

I gave this one a 7,5 out of 10. A beautiful whisky on its own, but the combination with the nice ham served with it was a perfect combination.

Definitely one to keep a look out for! Had a Mortlach from the The Creative Whisky Company, 1995, 17 years old, before at the Whisky Festival Noord Nederland Gave that one a 9 out of 10. So Mortlach is going to be on the list :-)
