Palate
Warm, pepper, sweet, peaty, smoke, salt, seaweed, honey, heather, dry wood. A strong one, a rich, strong palate.

Finish
Bit dry, but sweet wood finish, medium long mixed with some smoke and salt

This is a 10 year old 'original cask strength' at 55,7%. Has a good thick profile, and give this one a 7,5 out of 10, very yummy!
