We got a taste of bottle #2337 of the 5886 bottles produced, bottled at cask strength. Triple distilled
The nose gave me lots of fennel, sweet, fruity and delicate. On the palate it was warm, sweet, fruity, chili pepper, spices and liquerish. A medium to long finish. Lovely notes.
Gave it a 7,5 out of 10 for this quick taste. Would love to spend some more time with this one and make some proper notes on it.
