Nose

Beautiful warm sweet wood and Sherry notes. Syrupy nose with Sherry like notes, rich deep black fruit, black current, complex full sweet nose, thick honey dripping over fruit, vanilla, raisins, chocolate

Palate
Like the nose, full of spices, pepper, sweet, honey, fruit, red apple, mango, pineapple. Full, complex and yummy. Liquerish, not too dry you often see in this chewy sherry maturations. Sweet, round, fruity. Like a rich dessert buffet filled with fresh ripe fruits. Tropical sweet and freshness.

Finish
Quite a long finish, very chewable whisky. With citrus and mint freshness on the finish. Creamy and complex feel to it.

8 out of 10. The nose becomes more sweeter with time and gives more rich sherry notes.
With water added on the nose less alcohol/pepper, more soft sweeter and the heavy sherry notes go more to the back and the tropical fruit comes to the front. The palate becomes softer with water added. Lovely whisky.
