The Maltman - Bunnahabhain 12 yo - Festival Notes

This beauty we have tasted at the Whisky by the Sea Festival, and on the way home we decided this we must find in the shops for sure!

Matured in a Port puncheon cask no 3708. 719 bottles at 51,4%. Distilled on December 2001, and bottled July 2014.

Lovely combination of the Bunnahabhain spirit with Port. We have tasted with Sherry influence before and loved that already but this has a great influence. Balanced, sweet, fruity, bit salty, creamy, and lots and lots more. This was for us the surprise of the night, and we loved it.
