At the Pot Still Festival I had a taste of this very nice Clement rum. Aged a minimum of four years in virgin Limousin barriques and re-charred Bourbon casks.
A rich and sweet expression with a light nutty, coconut, sugar cane and dark chocolate feel to it. A very nice creamy finish with dried stone fruits.
Very nice, looking forward to exploring more of these rums from Martinique!
