At the Pot Still Festival we had the joy of tasting next to the White Wizard expression the Dark Lord. This latest expression is matured in Sherry hogshead number 1996/2025. Spirit was distilled on 11/12/1996 and bottled on 03/07/2014 at the age of 17 years old, at 53,2% and delivering 229 bottles.Great expression with a full flavour profile! Fruity, sweet, vanilla and big Sherry influenced notes in here with strong chocolate flavours.
A very nice dram that got for a quick taste from me a 7,5 out of 10.
