Nose
Smoky bacon chips, dark honey, dark chocolate, BBQ spices, sezuan pepper, maple syrup, honeyed ham, thyme, vanilla, rosemary. BBQ fest. warm, sweet, meaty, with a fresh citrus or is it granny smith apple? Also a good deal of mint and a hint of salt.
Palate

Finish
Medium length finish, sugary sweet, honey, vanilla and chocolate with a bacon note mixed through all of it.
Score
Like it more then the other brimstone, but still too much BBQ flavours for me. But still wont mind a bottle though of it. Scored 7 out of 10
